1. Lathe milling machine processing

Use lathe milling machine to process epoxy board, generally it is to process plane and groove, and it can also process various curved surfaces and gears. For very thick epoxy boards, the industry chooses lathes and milling machines for processing. However, since lathes and milling machines are mainly used to process metal parts, the processing speed of mechanical equipment is relatively slow. It is not cost-effective to use lathes and milling machines to process epoxy boards.

2. CNC processing
CNC processing is to process epoxy boards through computer numerical control machine tools. Common planetary wheels, insulating rods, insulating pads, and various gears are all processed by CNC. CNC processing is very flexible. It only needs to be controlled by the computer to quickly process the epoxy board into the shape we want. This is also the most commonly used epoxy board processing method. Generally speaking, the processing center refers to CNC machining.

3. Drilling
Drilling is to punch holes in the epoxy board. This processing method is mainly used in PCB factories. The epoxy board factory uses drilling processing to cooperate with other processing methods. Drilling completes a certain part of the processing process. link.

4. Strip processing
Slitting processing is to cut and divide epoxy boards by cutting machines. For example, we see that epoxy boards of various strip shapes are all processed by slitting. The slitting processing speed is fast and the processing is convenient, but the accuracy of the slitting processing is relatively low. If you need more fine processing, you need to choose CNC processing.
