ABS Modified Products ABS/PVC PC/ABS ABS/TPU

ABS has good mixability and can be mixed with a variety of resins to form alloys (blends), such as PC/ABS, PBT/ABS, ABS/PVC, etc., giving it new properties and new application areas. If ABS is blended with PMMA, transparent ABS can be produced, and the light transmittance can reach 80%.

⒈ABS/PVC: It can improve the flame retardancy of ABS, while also improving the tear strength and corrosion resistance, and can be made into soft or semi-hard products.

⒉PC/ABS: It can increase the heat-resistant temperature of ABS (generally up to about 120°C), and can also appropriately improve mechanical properties such as strength and hardness, especially the impact strength.

⒊ABS/TPU: This alloy has the impact and wear resistance of TPU, as well as the rigidity, comprehensiveness, and low price of ABS.
