Bakelite process

1. Resin synthesis
The Phenolic resin is made by reacting high-purity phenol and paraformaldehyde.

2. Substrate
The Use high-whiteness impregnated paper, high-quality pure kraft paper, pure white cloth yarn and imported cotton paper as base materials

3. Impregnation and drying
The base material is impregnated into the resin impregnation tank, and the resin content is adjusted with a roller, and then dried in an oven to produce a semi-finished film.

4. Quantification and superposition
The semi-finished products used for each bakelite board are accurately quantified and then stacked.

5. Thermoforming
The stacked semi-finished products are delivered to the hot press machine, and are hardened into a molded state with appropriate temperature, pressure and time.

6. Trimming quality inspection and packaging
The pressed finished product must go through trimming and strict quality inspection before packaging.

7. Warehousing and warehousing
